The park construction is the most active part promoting economic development. Regarding infrastructure, an accumulative 130,000,000-yuan has been invested in the Export-oriented Industrial Park, Foodstuff Industrial Park and Tuanwang Industrial Park for the construction of roads, water, electricity, communication, greening, lighting etc. An area of 16 square kilometers has been developed and 7.3 square kilometers have been finished. The Export-oriented Industrial Park has started the building of 7 roads with the length totaling 6.5 kilometers and hardened roads of 86,000 square meters. The Foodstuff Industrial Park has finished the construction and hardening of roads accumulating to 10 kilometers. Tuanwang Industrial Park has finished the investment of 16,000,000 yuan. The Electricity Company has invested more than 2,600,000 for the rebuilding of 8 lines, securing the electricity requirement of the parks. As to the projects, 112 ones have entered the parks, investments totaling 4.4 billion yuan with contracted foreign capital reaching 120,000,000 U.S. dollars and actually used foreign capital 25,950,000 U.S. dollars. The Foodstuff Industrial Park has introduced 37 projects with the investment hitting 560,000,000 yuan and the Export-oriented Industrial Park has introduced 33 projects with an investment of 2.39 billion yuan.
