IIn order to strengthen patent administration and protection, Laiyang Science and Technology Bureau has carried out a series of propaganda on patent, including distributing materials and giving training. In this way, the consciousness of patent protection has been increased. In addition, the government has helped 12 enterprises establish patent-developing organs. In 2003, the enterprises in Laiyang applied for 100 patents, of which there are 13 invention ones, 54 practical ones and 33 for appearance design.....
